With the NCAA football season on the horizon, NFL scouts will begin their preparation for the 2019 draft. There’s talent everywhere, so I came up with a preliminary Top-10 ranking at each position. It’s early, but these are certainly guys that even the average college football fan will want to keep an eye on.
