Cavs Absolutely Send It
February 8, 2018Jordan Clarkson and Larry Nance Jr. to the Cavs for Isaiah Thomas and Channing Frye. A lot of people are all of a sudden blowing up about how Cleveland is imploding and abandoning ship on the 2017 season. I think the opposite is the case. The Cavs just got a hell of a lot younger… and what’s more they got two studs in exchange for a player (I.T.) who didn’t fit their system and another player (Frye) who is a crippled shooter at this point in his career. The Cavaliers are now officially a threat, mainly because Jordan Clarkson is a Stud.
If you haven’t heard it yet you’ve heard it here first: JORDAN CLARKSON IS ABOUT TO GO OFF! Surrounded by a jumbled mess of inexperienced youth, Clarkson was still able to put up some solid numbers in LA, but we have seen flashes of his brilliance, including a 33 point game only a few weeks ago. He can both come off the bench or start. He’s a scorer in every sense of the word and he’s only 25. He has averaged 14.5 points in just 23 minutes/game for the Lakers this season so there’s no telling what this guy can do on a team with LeBron James to take the focus off of Clarkson. While the Cavs made several admirable moves today, this is the one that surpasses them all.
Clarkson is about to help get this team going ASAP
He will hang AT LEAST 15 a game in a Cavs uniform and probably more. A huge move for a team that many think is stuck in transition, but I think is only on the come up once again.
Final Analysis of the Day:
Cavs Receive: Jordan Clarkson, Larry Nance Jr, Rodney Hood, George Hill, Miami Second Rounder
Cavs Lose: Dwayne Wade, Isaiah Thomas, Channing Frye, Jae Crowder, Derrick Rose, Iman Shumpert
Pray for the East.
