With The deadline for Underclassmen to declare for the 2019 NFL draft passing; I’ve decided to put together my first rankings of the top 10 QBs in the 2019 NFL draft. I also decided to include a sleeper QB in this years draft. I spent hours and hours of my time watching game film of many of the QBs in this draft and gave them a grade along with 4 Pros and Cons with each.
